Isn't that what has already been true of Iran since 1979? Maybe not total chaos, but tons of killings and destruction of a vibrant intellectual class.

Trump ripped it up and started a war instead.
Trump has totally manufactured this war.

Hey Trumpies, what happened to "no new wars", and "we should not be involved in foreign wars"?
MAGA so silent.
This is just further proof that these people never had any real principles—political, ethical, moral or religious. The poorly educated among them are like cult members, unable to reason. The well educated are just opportunists, changing their stance whenever it suits them. I didn’t agree with the Cheney, Bush, Rumsfeld, etc., but I know they truly believed in things. They cared about the wrong things but they cared. The Republicans today are a disgrace.
Can you please stop calling people who voted for Trump names? You are playing into the stereotype of the lecturing, holier than tho Dem that voters disliked. People who voted for Trump bc they wanted change to the system are not stupid. It is just very unfortunate that:
1) Trump lied
2) the media fails to explicitly point out the lies (headlines should be reading “Trump starts an unauthorized, illegal war that he says will kill Americans”
3) Republican elected officials blindly sypport him bc they care more about tax and govt spending cuts than humans
4) the Dem party allowed Biden to run instead of pushing for an open primary to source and vet a candidate who would have had the time (and distance to either explain or denounce Biden policies) to campaign effectively against Trump.
I don’t blame Trump voters. It’s the system.
NP. Agree and thank you. Blaming people who are uninformed due to media desert is like blaming people who live in food deserts for being unhealthy.
People are complicated. we should welcome everyone who turns their back on Trump. Ideally, they will vote for Democrats, but staying home is fine.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
It's very unfortunate that Trump lied? Trump has been lying for the last ten years - major news outlets had people dedicated to exposing his lies, like, it was their entire job. And Trump voters didn't care. Anyone that pretends that it's unfortunate or that they were duped is in denial or not mentally competent enough to understand that they are stupid. If you are not stupid perhaps take some freaking ownership of your mistake in voting for the guy. Jesus.
You morons were dropping pallets of cash on Iran. Just FO.

Our economy is in the toilet and we have shed jobs like crazy thanks to Trump's tariffs. Exploding national debt made worse and our Pentagon can never pass a financial audit.
Where is policy that actually helps regular US citizens???

Has there been a declaration of war? You dolts say this every time there is some sort of strategic military maneuver by Trump. And yet there’s no war. It’s amazing how hyperbolic you all are.

When you pick a secretary of defense because he looks good on tv, yes, this is what you get.
