Which one?
And do you have to keep them in a concentration camp?
Under INA § 235(b)(1)(B)(ii), governing “credible fear” interviews at the border, the law clearly states:
“the alien shall be detained for further consideration of the application for asylum”
Turns out the credible fear is coming from the inhumane human rights violating US itself. How ironic.
Sounds like people should avoid economic asylum seeking and those already living here should self deport. The cushy ride is over.

I agree. It's time to get all the illegal Russians out of the USA, which there are many. We could deport them for Ukraine to use for cannon fodder against Russia.
Start with Elon and Melania.

I looked through all the laws. Didn’t find anything that guarantees migrants are guaranteed a 4-star hotel room.

Search literally ANY COVID thread in 2021. 😆
Within the first 6 pages you’ll have some frantic bleating about the unvaccinated needing to be put into camps.
Don’t pretend this didn’t happen. We were all here. We read it.

And? Were they put into camps? DP
Nope. Because the camps weren’t built.
That’s not the point. Y’all wanted camps. That’s the point.
