If you know anyone who works at the Pentagon, you know that this needs to happen. DOD is hanging on by a thread, being kept running by the uniformed staff. But there is no leadership, no direction, no organization from the Secretary's office.
Poor Pete and Jennifer, they won't even get a chance to see their government quarters' renovation completed. And all that new furniture she ordered....

I think they are going to keep Kegsbreath in place to continue to do the dirty work. Only when (and if) his commands are so egregious there is a complete American and global outcry will they then find an excuse to remove him.
Kegsbreath has lots more bombing to do until he gets the boot.
