Those that were clearly identified as taking part in the forceful breach should be be treated fairly from a due process standpoint but a pardon should never be on the table. Insanity.
Can I say this obvious truth one more time?
If some of the security breaching fools have been arrested, detained and/or tried in an unfair or overly harsh manner relative to their specific actions that day, the arresting and prosecuting entities involved should be reprimanded but the trespassing culprits must be held liable for such actions against our nation's sovereignty. Not rocket science.
