Yeah, but he very likely was not sober. Those 3am tweets-from-the-toilet were unhinged and have the potential to cause an international security incident while our country is asleep. Pretty clear that those crazy late night Tweets are when the meds are not working correctly (or he took too many).

To do what? You do know that you sound paranoid.
It doesn’t sound particularly paranoid. Donald Trump is a thug; sending coded phrases is exactly the kind of crap he’d do. And probably has done.
I'm the one who said it was a coded phrase to her. Ok, if you disagree, do you think it was a strange thing to say to a woman who has been convicted and raping minors and trafficking them?
"I wish her well." What do YOU think of that statement.
Well, I think Ghislaine is a victim of Epstein as well. What should Trump say about her?
She was a victim? Explain your perspective, because I certainly don’t see victimhood.
Stockholm syndrome. Victims become victimizers to please their abusers.

My guess is a lot of Democrats since they were friends with the guy

This is the correct answer. It's difficult to tell whether he worked for Israel, though. My best guess is that Ghislane was associated with Israeli intelligence and she recruited Epstein. But my only reason for thinking this is that her dad was an Israeli spy. She would have been ripe for recruitment by any foreign intelligence service given her precipitous loss of wealth and status directly prior to immigrating to the US, and her access to powerful people would make her a great asset to any foreign intelligence service. That's why I don't rule out that she was working for Russia. They could easily run her and most people would conclude Israel, which makes her all the more valuable.
Classic Mossad diversion technique. Focus the conspiracy theories on another group.
