Hi Kate, I am really glad you had such a successful day. My day was more mixed. Ate a of healthy food but also some chips (I know

) and chocolate covered pretzels. I’ve been really stressed for a variety of reasons and we just have too much junk in the house. Gah. I had terrible insomnia last night and ended up feeling like crap about a bunch of things including how I handled my stress but honestly it wasn’t that bad. I am realizing I have a lot of “not bad days” but very few actual low calorie days, which is why the weight isn’t really coming off. I am just going to make it through today and focus on lots of healthy foods (and coffee if I am honest) and try to set myself up for a good week.
