He doesn’t present himself as a lawyer. I have met him numerous times and he never once made claims he was a lawyer.
He just came public on an FBI subpoena and was in front of the grand jury for 4 hours a few weeks ago.
Fitton did? For what? He's just an outside observer, a pundit spouting a bunch of opinions and other crap, most of which is made-up.

I'm still not getting excited. For some reason this terrible excuse of a person was foisted on us politically and has made some people so insane they can no longer tell what is real and what is fiction. And it's all over a reality star fake. It's just sad.
That said, I still don't believe Trump sees any consequences from this because the next news cycle is going to be a lot of very breathless reporting about how unprecedented it would be to prosecute a Presidential Candidate because somehow the pundit class is still firmly clinging to the idea that we are in normal times. And so is too much of the political class. DOJ will halt the prosecution and Trump will take advantage and turn it politically toxic. Then if he wins I don't think anyone is really ready for what will happen.
2024 is going to be an incredibly bumpy ride.
First the DOJ stated that they would not charge Biden for having classified docs. Next the info comes from CBS on the same day Pence announces? Please!

DOJ said they wouldn’t charge Pence for having classified documents. Was there an announcement about Biden having classified documents?
Because they turned materials over! They did have employees move them when officers were looking for them. Trump was obstructing.
Oh I totally agree that what Pence and Biden did was totally different than what Trump did and that’s why Trump is going to get charged. I’m just trying to get to the bottom of what PP is talking about.

No, he doesn’t. I am not a fan but he never presents himself as a lawyer. He may know some laws and FOIA policy but it doesn’t make him a lawyer…. and he knows it.
