Not sure it is even 2 in NYC.
It is likely #2 (or even #1) for difficulty of med school admissions because it is free.

Yes I do know that because it was in the report done by NYU to show that he was a low performing professor.

The student petition didn’t ask for him to be fired. NYU’s administration made that decision on its own. Maybe try reading the article before you spout off next time.

Why does your daughter side with the professor? Did she take the class or have other personal knowledge of the situation?
