The liberal universities, ie most of them are letting this happen. However, do note NYU is 2 for Med school.
The kids shouldn't have a right to have a professor fired. This class weeds out the kids who are not med school material and should.
NYU is 2 for Med School? Huh? What ranking is that?
Not sure it is even 2 in NYC.

This shouldn’t be in open media or in petitions. Kids don’t always know the best ‘way’ to teach or test info. Not all kids are cut out for technical subjects. Not all kids prepare for class. Not all kids do homework. Not everyone reads the textbook. People do not all show up for class. Some kids sleep through class. Kids aren’t experienced enough to tell a teacher the ‘way’ to teach. This is why folks are saying you can’t have the crazies running the school.
It's pretty clear the teacher sucks when the other 2 classes the kids are passing the exams.
