Their nukes may not work -- at all. Ours do. It will not stop a madman from firing but if there is any sanity there by anyone they will not.
I would agree with a statement like, "some may not work." I am sure that there are a number that would fail to detonate. However, even if the failure rate is 50%, that's still going to be bad news for the east coast.

I didn’t vote for Trump, but I will also acknowledge we didn’t have 22 page thread about a possible Russian nuclear attack during his presidency, either.
I have a serious case of buyer’s remorse with Joe Biden. I now look at the Trump-era fondly. I feel awkward admitting it, because I hate being wrong. But that’s how I feel.

That’s not even enough to destroy the average county in Texas, let alone the whole state.
To further put that in perspective, American B-52’s were flying with larger nuclear payloads than that before the first Ford Mustang was designed.
