Agree. ID should have no place in exercising a constitutional right, any constitutional right.
Owning guns is a constitutional right. Are you saying ID should have no place in the owning and licensing of a gun? Because that's just sheer stupidity and totally invalidates whatever lame argument you think you're making.
Many 2A activists argue there should be no photo ID requirement for purchasing a gun. Many of them also strongly support a photo ID requirement for voting without seeing the conflict.
I don’t know of any. How do you know someone isn’t a felon if they don’t show ID?
Wouldn’t that require a background check?
Do all 2A activists you know support universal background checks?
I don’t know any 2A “activists,” but all the gun owners I know support universal background checks.

Well in DC proof of ID and vaccine card are required. Same with NYC.
