This was the only thing on this thread that made me laugh/cry! The renovated Spanish painting of Jesus and not a Cat Lawyer are always funny but since I have seen them so much I don't laugh as much. Like those other examples I think the prize is in the person not trying to be funny at all.

My 70-something mom has a group of girlfriends of varying ages. One hosted a birthday party for her in May. There is a younger woman about my age that my mom doesnt know well who is friendly with some of the group and was included in the party.
This woman gave my mom a green marshmallow and peppermint scented candle (looks like Yankee Candle but is off-brand and has decidedly Christmasy design). My mom doesnt use scented candles or really throw things (side issue) out so it sits on a shelf in her house and every time I see this pathetic candle it cracks me up. To me its the epitome of a backhanded, last-minute gift and reminds me of this SNL video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_L5Xkb78KxY

Pre cameras back in college we swiped a massive commercial fire extinguisher that was pressurized but only squirted water. So safe.
Thing took up most of my backseat and had a hose that my buddy has wedged out the window. It was a hot night close to finals week.
We saw this weird looking guy hitting on a hot girl on sidewalk so we sprayed him. The girl laughed and he took off. Looked like Urkel and Screech had a baby.
I could not help myself I jumped the curb and we were chasing down the lawn by dorms. He ran into first floor. Arms waving, screeching who knows. But knucklehead ran down first floor hall way in girls floor.
Was like 7 pm so all the windows and doors open as no AC and hot.
I drove on grass spraying him right through various dorm windows. I kept thinking why does he not just stop running? I mean stop between rooms. OMG I was almost pissing in my pants.
Funny part at least 200 people saw it. I have no clue who guys was. But as I bounced down curb the girl he was hitting in bent over laughing.
It all happened so quick. we just meet to squirt him.
I returned the tank. It was refilled and we did it again by no fun. Never again.

Someone I know found out her live in bf was cheating with his ex. After she moved out sure enough he moved his ex into his home. My friend still had her house key, and remembered she left a few items there, and went to retrieve them knowing both were at work. On the way out she left some thong underwear half way under the bed, messed the bed up, left a earring in the washer, and the toilet seat up, LOL.
Later on found out her ex and his gf had a big blow out about him cheating, and having a woman in their bed etc. He was mad, and put her stuff on the front lawn whereby she moved on and out!
