Good for you goody two shoes. A lot of teens like to experiment, push the envelope, develop independence and test boundaries. Guess you skipped that developmental stage.
Ok well you don't need to be sparky about it. And yes, maybe I skipped the rebellious teen stage. I personally think that's a good thing. Today I am a well adjusted fully functioning adult who enjoyed my childhood.

I live near a neighborhood elementary school playground. There are always teens there in evening, sometimes just shooting the breeze on the swings, sometimes smoking, sometimes up to no good in the parking lot. It is the the middle of our neighborhood so I guess it is just a central spot for them to meet. It has increased tons with covid, probably because they have less places to go.
Why does everyone assume teens just want to sit inside all the time. My friends and loved to hang out at the park at those ages. No, maybe we didn't play on the equipment, but it doesn't mean we didn't have fun. The only special needs kids thing was pretty offensive
When I was 16 we only went to the park to drink or smoke. What kind of lives did some of you lead as teenagers to be so clueless and naive? Teenagers aren't there to play tag and swing on the swings.
I'm not naive, I know what some teens do, and I think it sucks. But, why do you think every teen behaves that way or even wants to do those things. Not all of them do.
Well in all fairness, OPs daughter was involved in at least three incidents. Doesn’t sound so innocent to me.
OP, go ahead and call the police. Your DD will also be under investigation. Someone will report on her activities. Personally, I’d drop it. Keep your daughter away if you can.
