I had my first two at 32 and 33. I am 35 now, and hoping we can get pregnant again with our third when I'm 37/38.

#2 at 44. Pregnancy and birth were relatively easy. I was pretty heavily monitored due to my age though.

I had my first a 35 and second at just under 40. Definitely felt the early years more with the second, but he was overall a more difficult baby in general (troubles with feeding and sleeping)- though the pregnancy was much easier than the first! I'm glad they weren't closer together because I probably wouldn't have survived it.

40. She is my third child. Easiest pregnancy and delivery. However recovery was a bit harder, just felt like I was run over by a truck. She is an amazing child, so incredibly grateful we had a third. Fast forward a few years and I am 48 with a 13, 10 and 8 year old and sure I am tired and a little bit has to do with age but the kids are fabulous and I am so happy we had 3 even if it was a little later in life. Also we have a child with some special needs and it is our first child. I know that is a common concern that people bring up and I spoke to my doctor in advance and he was very positive about the situation. Good luck with whatever you decide!

40, it was too much but I had two under 2 and I think that’s what made it tough. Better spacing probably biggest factor.

38. 4th kid- best decision ever. He’s almost 3 now. We are so much more relaxed.

Had first two at 31 and 33. Am 36 now and not sure if we will go for a third...I don't feel ready now (at all!) but worry about doing it all again (if we are even lucky enough to be able to) in a few years.

35. Pregnancy was only slightly harder. It was my easiest delivery though and shortest (25 hours)

37, my third baby. I will always want another baby and in another time may have kept going but I work and value my career, yet don’t make enough that I felt I could handle one more.
