I thought this was universal.

Men are attracted to looks and women are attracted to power. Sometimes we just call it "ambition" but it's basically all the same.

I’m like this. It’s not wanting to be dominated or daddy issues at all IMO. I love powerful, old men. I love men who are really smart, really competent and whom other men respect. I love that they have everything in the world but they still want to impress you, young and attractive woman.

Yes. It’s started with a very hot coach, he was about ten-15 years older than the students, when I was high school. I wanted to please and impress him SO much. Since then I’ve been 100% attracted to men I feel compelled to impress or challenge in some way. Unfortunately I’m not very impressive, but a lot of men seem to be attracted right back to this dynamic.

You want a man to claim you, publicly, and only then do you feel worthy. To show your gratitude for fulfilling this most basic of needs (to feel worthy), you feel compelled to thank him using the most basic means available between a man and woman.

Trust me that when you turn 40, this will end. Because at that point men in power over you are 55+, and the vast majority are no longer appealing, No matter how dominant or authoritative they are
