Am I missing something or does it just say it’s “recommended” (so not required) that unvaccinated people quarantine for 7 days after domestic travel?
Probably there are differences between what’s required by school (OSSE) versus what’s recommended for everyone (DC DOH). I’m going with OSSE for this reason.
But yeah the messaging is mangled, per usual for DOH and OSSE.
