Maybe they meant western omelette. I like those
A lot of normal weight and even overweight people eat like some of these PPs, OP. You are not going to find the magic bullet here or any of the other many threads on this same topic.

Then I ran errands and ate dinner at 6:30 pm. It was basically gnawing on meat from a roasted chicken. No drumstick or breast, just picking the bones off of it, and I ate what skin was there. Then I had two more keto bars (I have a wheat and dairy allergy, they are vega and no wheat, I am not keto). And I had pumpkin seeds for a snack.
That is what I ate today. I am 5'4' and 115 lbs. I was 107 lbs, but now over 50, it seems I am to stay above 115 lbs. That is fine by me.
But, that might not be thin for some.
This is an utterly wretched diet. Keto bars are not food. Eating chicken scraps like a dog? No one should emulate this person. Seriously disordered.
I will have you know that you thought you were tearing down that pp. Still, in fact, you offended millions of people worldwide with your Orientalist Western attitude of ignorance and perceived superiority. Gnawing on chicken bones and other bones is a custom well cherished in many societies and has been a staple in many cultures. Out of necessity and need, and joy too. Not only do kids fight who will gnaw it, but mothers and parents can also satisfy nutritional needs while making sure their kids are properly fed. Further, gnawing on cartilage is prone to have health benefits. Perhaps instead of buying collagen and paying surgeons to fix you and your bones, you could do with some bone gnawing yourself.
Instead, you choose to be an ignorant American who puts down anything that she doesn't understand. No, you are not civilized just bcs you proclaimed chicken bones as scraps? They are essential food around the world. Nobody but ignorant Western Orientalist would put down 2/3 or more of the world.
So, pp is, in fact, doing something right when gnawing on chicken scraps like a dog. I bet you that pp has a strong immune system and bones and is aging well, whereas you.. well, what can be said of the most savage nation in the world? That you condemn eating chicken scraps but have no scruples invading and murdering mand causing deaths of millions with their actions around the world? How ironic! If only you gnawed some chicken bones, try beef and pork ones too(Oh wait, you do that!) instead of bringing "peace" to the world.
Your words are so offensive that I did not report you to Jeff as I think others need to see the error of your ways.

Are we talking the fairly common "thin" of a low BMI and small dress size, or how I think of "skinny" which is more along the lines of getting looks on the street and family concerned about your health
Anonymous wrote:I wish OPs on these types of threads would define out their definition of “skinny” and save us all a lot of time.

Sounds like a busy person. Plus, in many countries picking meat off the bones is the best part of the chicken. No doubt this is just one day.
