Sorry, I have lived in the DMV area my whole life and I have no idea how that’s pronounced. I’m sure it’s a lovely name but most won’t know how to pronounce it.
It's pronounced "sear (like searing meat) sha".
I guess CeCe could be a nickname, but would be kind of weird since the name doesn't actually start with "C". And spelling it with an S (SiSi) is just a no.
