Because I have mirrors 🪞 in my home.

And also because men look at me a little longer than they should.
And most people are just nicer to me.

As a young, dumb and somewhat shy person:
- in high school, the best looking young woman in the class ahead of me asked me out;
- was once walking across the quad in college and a group of women said “ who is that” as I approached;
- one of my then girlfriend friend’s looked her in the eye and said “ I wouldn’t kick him out of bed, unless he wanted to do it on the floor” when she thought I could not hear ;
- left my ID with my credit card and the really good looking bar tender walked around with it until she found me;
- got whistled at by many men while walking through certain neighborhoods;
- moms and grandmas would grab me at weddings and dance with me;
- my now wife but then girlfriend told me “ all the women think you are yummy!”

We were a group of 3 best friends. Over the summer break of 8th grade the other 2 girls transformed. We went back to school and everyone was talking about the 2 girls. Then the brunette of the trio started dating the son of a billionaire. She went her own way in a different world and is now a famous actress. The other girl became a trophy wife. Before being a TW people would send bottles of champagne to our table or approach her and offer her modelling/tv/acting jobs. No one ever sent me drinks, so in my mind getting drinks sent to your table is a sure sign of attractiveness.

I can tell by the way people look at me that they think I look good. All ages and types, men and women. I get a lot of attention and compliments. Always have.
I never thought I was pretty. It still surprises me that others think so. I am 50.

I'm attractive to me. Attraction is subjective. So thinking I'm attractive is all that matters.

I am older now, but when I was younger, it included:

1) Being told I was pretty as a child
2) Being asked out on dates
3) Getting catcalled on the street
4) Women getting jealous of me for no apparent reason
5) Being told I looked beautiful if I wore makeup or dressed up

In my youth, men I didn’t know used to do things like stare at me on the street, buy me flowers just to tell me I was pretty, give me free stuff in stores, ask me out. This was in my 20s. However now in my 40s that doesn’t happen anymore so I can only imagine that my age shows. LOL, was fun while it lasted.

Also, I am not model pretty at all. Different race and not your typical model thin/tall.

I get hit on a lot. People comment to my face and to my friends about it. I briefly modeled (only regionally).

The thing is that this has happened to me too, but I don't think I'm particularly attractive. I'm not ugly, but I'm not a super model. I do have nice eyes, and I'm slim, and I tend to put myself together well. So I do get compliments. But I think most of my friends are prettier than I am, for instance. Not said in jealousy, just saying it.

Little kids is interesting they end to be very honest no agenda like adults.
