We just got our first box (based on this rec — thank you!) and have been impressed by the first two dishes I’ve made (Korean Fried Brown Rice w/Kimchi and Stuffed Poblano Peppers). Two things to note — not as quick & easy as Gobble or Hello Fresh (e.g. 40-50 minutes for second recipe which also assumed you had a food processor, more cleanup) BUT if you don’t regularly cook vegan, it’s an interesting/convenient/minimal investment introduction to new ingredients (veganaise/nutritional yeast), techniques, and recipes. I say this as someone who has bought the occasional vegan cookbook and stocked a few ingredients in the past but never got around to using them….

Marley Spoon (Martha Stewart) has been our favorite. There are occasional issues but they have issued refunds/credits as needed. They’ve also made significant improvements to packaging to make sure things are fresh. We love the recipes and the quality of the meats and seafood. Might be pricier than the others though.
