I'm wondering if this "approval" was a basic sketch of their plan without any details, and it was signed off by a high school teacher without formal research training and who was not really paying attention. That would certainly explain a lot.

I live in Pasadena and am not this troll. I am a little insulted that my town is considered worthy of trolling. It has its drama but come on, there are worse places.
So - trollers, how did you come up with choosing the Dena as your research discussion location? Why not GB, or Baltimore or the many other places that have bigger issues?
