I have seen multiple doctors. I have a major reaction to dry mouth and it is caused a major dental issue despite meticulous care and checkups so I cannot take SSRI/Wellbutrin/Prozac etc because my body cannot handle this side effect. I need something I can take that isn't a Rx because that is a major side effect of almost all.

+magnesium, theanine, and a B/folate combo in the afternoon.
I felt very chill on delta 8. My husband had a literal panic attack. HR 109 average for 3 hours. Just be careful - it can have the opposite effect.

I have severe anxiety, was having panic attacks, yelling at the kids, escaping into alcohol. Transcendental meditation managed my anxiety, improved everything, including my family. It is worth it.
How does one get started with transcendental meditation? Did you join a group or do you follow videos?
FYI not free or cheap but good results.

Or, for general calming, if you really want to go natural route, try Doterra Copaiba capsules, or try CBD which is similar. I love sipping on Yogi Kava tea with little cream and cinnamon, but I worry about liver side effects. Or Equal Exchange Chamomile tea is delicious. Or try Hops vitamins.
If you are feeling super anxious, you can do Herb Pharm Passionflower extract. It's super potent, so ignore directions that say a whole vial is ok. Start with 10 drops, wait and see. Can also try Traditional Medicinal Lemon Balm tea, but might make you drowsey.
