Plastic surgery to me is a very expensive way to experience a lot of pain and end up looking weirdly artificial. There may well be cases of successful plastic surgery that looks natural and enhance beauty, but if so, they are so successful that I don’t recognize it as plastic surgery, leaving my impression of cosmetic surgery as visually unpleasant. People who choose cosmetic surgery make no sense to me. I am skeptical that they’ll be satisfied with the results, but if they’re happy with the outcome, then I’m happy for them, even if I’m also feeling sorry that I think they look worse.

The former generally is about people wanting to look normal, and how their body would normally, naturally look had they not been obese.
The latter is plain vanity rooted in insecurity and changing your natural self. If it makes you feel better, knock yourself out - but don't expect everyone to think you look better and *definitely* don't assume people are just jealous. That's absurd.

You're either insecure or you're in an industry that links your looks to your income. Neither is a very desirable situation.

I disagree.
I always had great breasts. Full c cup. My friend was flat as a board and got implants. She has a small d cup but hera are so full and dont sag. Mine are saggy. My breasts were far superior before and now hers are....
Your logic is flawed
Well my C cups aren’t saggy at 42, after 2 kids and BF, so can’t help ya.

See the poster before was admitting her breast are saggy. You use that to make yourself superior. Clearly discussing plastic surgery DOES make you competitive.
