That’s my hope but I guess MCSL could disqualify teams that don’t follow their rules. Plenty of youth sports have more stringent rules than required by the state/county. Certainly looks like everything will be lifted in MoCo by the time practices, and certainly meets, start.

Should be at Phase 2 this week, we’re at 56% first shot and we need to get to 60%. Likely be in Phase 3 before the first meet, we’re at 42% fully vaxed and need to get to 50%. With the expansion to 12-15 that should provide a near-term boost to the vax numbers to get us over the hump.
Last week Elrich said they were going to start using the CDCs numbers to calculate the percent of county residents that have been vaccinated because the way MoCo does it misses people like myself and DH, who were both vaccinated in DC through our jobs. According to the CDC, as of yesterday 47.5% of the county has been fully vaccinated.
Thank god. Many many people went out of state.
It is at 48.2% now
I wish MoCo would reflect this number on their dashboard.
