The PT I was seeing for it suggested wearing a tampon when exercising to see if it helped - and yes, I know that urine comes from a separate location, but apparently it can help "hold everything in." When I do that, after I exercise the tampon is soaked with urine. So...I'm wondering if you do have some kind of leakage issue but it's not apparent otherwise and/or it's brought on by your period.
Regardless, I agree with PPs that you should go to the GYN. But just because that's not the same space urine passes through doesn't mean that it couldn't be from leakage. It's just odd you wouldn't have noticed any incontinence otherwise.

Yes I think this is it.

Hmm. OP here. That’s scary! Yikes
I'm sorry, I don't mean to scare you. But after MIL going through 3 rounds of chemo at stage IVB, ignoring weird discharge for 2 years, just get uterus checked. But most likely it's ph balance or nothing at all. you're pretty young.
Thanks. I made an appointment w/ my doctor, although they didn’t have an opening until end of June.

I have no idea! That’s why I’m asking DCUM
Tampons are absorbent. Sometimes they hang a little low and when you pee, the urine gets soaked upwards. Do people really not know this?!?

2019. I just made an appointment for June.
Do they have a patient portal where you can ask them a question? Just to ease your mind.
