You can tell because A) they are breeding mutts and giving them a fancy designer name and B) they are willing to ship an 8-week puppy. No reputable breeder would do either of those things.

OP, you and the breeder both suck.

+1

No reputable breeder is going to put an 8 week old puppy on ground transport or the underbelly of a plane, nor are they going to send a puppy to a home that would find either of these acceptable. Poor pups

Yuuup puppy mill without a doubt.
Hope ya like Roundworms and Coccidia, OP
If it survives the trip
And doesn't get Parvo b.c its not fully vaccinated....

I’d have my DH fly to Seattle, rent a car (and buy a crate) and drive back with pup. Maybe with DS too. Fun road trip, and pup will sleep most of the time in the car.

This.

And this is why you don’t give too much info on anonymous boards. People are so invasive.

But your decision to have your DH get the dog is the best option if you’re going with this breeder. Good luck!!

Op,please do your research that this is not a scam. Claiming the puppies are in a far away location is a huge scammer trick.

+1000. When I read stories like this, I always think the owners are just looking for a good story to tell.

Yep, people are starving and dying all over the world (and in our country), but OP is going to fly two people out to seattle to pick up a dog.
