It reflects poorly on you.
No one is being disrespectful. Not all opinions are going to be glowing, of any college.

I went to gw for my SLP masters and interned at was Hosp center side by side with a UDC student, we were equally prepared.

I was going to mention that UDC is the only urban land grant college in the US and their Urban Agriculture program is truly groundbreaking.
No, I am not kidding, it really is.
This is absolutely true. And some of those "ugly buildings" that a PP mentioned have incredible vertical gardens on their roofs. Or at least, they used to.

I’m not clear, though, that there’s much interest here in DCUM-land — where most are neither from DC nor particularly urban, in a historically Black land grant college.
I would love to hear something good about the law school. It would be the first time.

I am a Georgetown law graduate and know graduates of UDC's law school. Not sure what you meant by the bolded statement but it is probably based on misinformation or hearsay if your intention is to be negative.
It means precisely and literally what it states - I have never heard something good about the UDC law school.
Also, it is troubling, though not surprising, that a Georgetown Law grad could so thoroughly botch a reference to hearsay.

I think the architecture is quite nice for an urban college. I love the student center.
