MB here. Your nanny is doing you a big favor by staying the summer. You sound like someone who doesn’t like change ir you would have hired a new nanny by now. Get over the housing stipend and show your appreciation with a two week bonus.

+1 find a new nanny or put your kids in summer camp. You can easily find something for nanny pay and you have saved 5k you can put towards specialty camp or something else.
