Everyone deserves privacy.
Privacy and secrets are two different things. Privacy is alone bathroom time; a secret is banging *insert whatever ppl bang here* and exposing your spouse to an open marriage and STDs/STIs w/o their consent.

Agree. How is not abusive for my wife to let her AP into our house to bang a few times a month without my knowledge - but if I have a Ring or Nest camera for security- I’m abusive somehow.

Even if he wasn't cheating, obviously there are major major issues in our marriage for me to get to that point.
Yup. Don't understand all the people who don't trust their spouses not to cheat, yet want to stay with them.

Maybe some of us just have a more suspicious personality? If my husband does to a work dinner or meets a friend for lunch, I definitely pop on and see if his phone is the place he said he would be. This obviously doesn’t tell me who he is with there.

It's super handy to know when they will arrive for getting meals ready or to make sure a schedule change is remembered (so DH DID leave to pickup Larla, I see his dot moving). I guess unlike a Tag they can turn it off, but the principle of tracking is kind of there anyways.
I mean, my DH can't remember his iCloud password, that falls to me, so I know where his phone is regardless.
Our whole family uses “Find My”
If my spouse suddenly turned his off, yes I’d be suspicious.

Anonymous wrote:I found out my ex was cheating through find my phone, but it was a blessing as the relationship was long over and it just made it easier for us to discuss it. I never would have thought of it before then and it certainly doesn’t occur to me to do it with my current significant other, as I know he isn’t cheating, and I knew my ex wasn’t prior to then. If you feel the need to do this, that urge is the indicator, not the actual result. Sorry, your relationship is over.
