I don't think you've ever been to Dallas. The quality of architecture is surprisingly very high. Some of it is over the top and gaudy but the new housing in the Park Cities and North Dallas is far superior to most of the McCraftsmen and "modernist" Lego boxes aka dental offices masquerading as houses in the DMV.

Also why are there so many futons?!! If you're paying $2.5M for a house, why would you need couches that lay flat? I realize this is the stager's choices maybe, but so weird.

I don’t hate it! I would totally buy it if it was not on Wisconsin and more like 1.8. Great space for guests and it’s open.
