BUT, and this is a huge but -- the judge acknowledges that universities can enforce professional standards. The university's defense is this guy is a jerk with what would be alarming bedside manner. It has nothing to do with WHAT he said but rather HOW he said it and continued to double and triple down on his belligerence.
I think he loses.
There is no evidence of belligerence at any point. You are inventing that detail.
