I really like Lev and don’t think it’s too “out there” though I’m not Jewish so I wouldn’t use it myself.

I also like PP’s suggestion Robert and nn Robbie

Also, here are some names of brothers of kids I know named Theo: Henry, Max, Jack, Miles, Oliver

Lev seems very Russian to me. Which is not nearly a bad thing but if you’re not actually Russian i guarantee he’ll get questions about it.

Never heard of Arion before so i don’t think it’s Jewish. The longer Jewish form of Ari would be Aryeh or Ariel (which is traditionally a boys name, still is in Israel)
