Avery. I actually like it better as a girls name than a boys name.

I wouldn't give a girl a boy's name because it seems mysoginistic and potentially confusing. I knew a girl named Kevin & she hated it. I also knew a girl named Studley.

However, I think Dale Junette is about the coolest cowgirl name ever.

A friend has daughters Devin and Reece.

This trend makes me sad though. I named my son what I thought was clearly a boy name and have been asked several times "male or female" when giving his name. There are 93847502938475 awesome girl names--why take one of the traditionally male names?
