The Bethesda Bad Asses! I love it!! A donkey with an attitude in a leather jacket. Mules/donkeys are kinda ugly but actually a pretty tough lot all the way around. Of course opposing teams might just call B-CC a bunch of Jack Asses instead of Bad Asses. Oh well. Centurions isn't bad. Tough ol' Roman soldiers. They could fight...and then some. Bruins isn't bad either. Bears! (Oh my!!) The Bethesda Bulls! Maybe. Maybe a little too close to B.S. though. The Chevy Chase Chuggers. (Might inspire teen drinking) Chargers??? The Chevy Chase Champions?

My kid is at BCC. I just hate the sports culture there. The other high school my oldest attended (Walter Johnson) was much less aggressive sports-wise. Here, in part due to the insane sports booster people, we are inundated with fighting spirit barely channeled into team sports. No wonder it's always BCC kids who pummel other kids at games. The stupid little man with his fists up does nothing to help.
