My dessert options these days are a mini Kind bar (milk chocolate/almond), a Walker shortbread cookie, or a square of Ghirardelli dark chocolate (all have about 3 g of added sugar).
I really like Fage's TrueBlend yogurt, but I can't find it anymore. I'm not crazy about plain yogurt, and even the less sugar ones have a lot of added sugar (or gross artificial sweeteners that leave an aftertaste).
I usually stick to a small apple, a small banana or a mandarin if I need snack. Sometimes I might add a tsp. of peanut butter. If I'm craving something savory, I'll have a few salt and pepper pistachios.
