But why do they smell like dogs when they get wet? I don't think they are dirty because they shower pretty regularly.

You would put the wash cloth in the laundry, wrung out, after one use and then wash it in the laundry with your towels. You do wash your towels, right?
So your putting a wet cloth in a pile of laundry to just get moldy. Gross. Hang it up until it dries and then put it in the laundry pile.

I think (and I’m white so somebody correct if I’m wrong) that Black people have to take better care of their skin because when they haven’t exfoliated enough it’s really obvious. Some people with whiter skin don’t even notice when we have dead skin around because you can’t really see it. And I think washcloths are all part of that.

Also no I don’t use washcloths because it’s more work and my hands work fine for me. I think.



We call it being ashy.

No, I don't. I think it's a truly ridiculous idea to be washing yourself with a piece of cloth that you'd have to dry right away in a dryer otherwise it'd get moldy.
