Subject: ECNL rising, GA falling . . . Where will the 06 and younger D1-thinking girls go?
Is there a problem not being satisfied with the team, club, league DD plays in? So many bad comments only because DD wants to be in a better place.

The top clubs are fleeing GAL as AFS as they can. Soccer parents are too immediate gratification to stick around until the GAL platform develops. ECNL will be stronger next year and GAL will be weaker.

Fear is a mental projection of something that has not happened. Totally agree with others that the best path for players is Coach, Club then league. ECNL is facing incredible obstacles and is not a nimble or player-centered league. GA is rising....thus the fear.

you do realize that the ability of your kid's coach and how much they can develop your player over 1 year matters more than what league you play in...

Nope. FCV 07 is the top team in the area for that age group. ECNL will be begging them to join. It doesn’t matter if they stay in GA bc every recruiter knows this so it really doesn’t matter who they play or what league they’re in.
