Any updates? Has there been any waitlist movement this past week?

Depends. My kid was #4 and got into 9th a few years back.

No movement for us since two weeks ago when DD moved up one spot - rising 9th HB.

Any new movement since last week? No update since March 3 when I log in.

Interesting that current HB 8th grade enrollment is 82 and that they offered spots to just 26 rising 9th graders. So the HB 9th grade class next year will be around 108? Now that they are in the new building, I thought they were aiming for 115-118 per HS grade level? This seems to be the case with current HS grade level numbers (113, 118, 113 respectively for current 9, 10, 11, so rising 10, 11 and 12th grade). Are they holding spots for potential admin transfers? If they receive fewer admin transfers, will they then offer additional spots to those on the waitlist? I have heard some kids (not many) choose to leave after MS for their neighborhood HS - for sports, etc - so that may open up a few more spots? Current HB 8th grade parents - are your kids being asked now if they plan to switch to their homeschool or remain at HB? My DD is #2 on the waitlist for 9th grade so I'm just trying to figure out if she has a chance...not trying to stir up the debate about the size of HB and whether it should grow.

Another drop this week for 9th grade at both.

We have not seen any changes in our waitlist number since early last week.

Our elementary moved at least one spot. A child who was #1 on the waitlist got a slot. We are at a school with four spots.

Thank you. This is helpful. My child is #1 on the waitlist for 6th grade so this gives us a bit of hope there might be some movement.
