I started using Keihls midnight recovery and I think it irritated my rosacea and made that acne spread.
So, back to old fashioned cetaphil face cream.
Any suggestions?
I haven't found an oil that works well for my similar skin, PP. My holy grail is this cream from La Roche Posay:

These really help with redness and irritation, and never make spots or rosacea worse. They are the only products I have found that make a difference and leave me hydrated without burning/stinging.
