Same here! We’re in Kensington, and hoping on rising prices over the next few years from people getting out of DC but still wanting to be close. It’d be nice to have another $200k for the house when we move in a few years.

I hope DC becomes a hellhole.

Logical and reasonable would be great. But to me it seems every one is either far left or right. There seems to be no middle ground and folks with common sense.

This must have been extremely brief. I live in Dupont and went out for my nightly walk at 7:30 and the circle was totally quiet. Not even a ton of police presence. Restaurants outdoors were hopping and there was zero sign of any unrest.

They are with respect to police. Both want law enforcement dismantled. Unfortunately, BLM doesn't seem to realize that just pushes systemic racism into other social entities and practices. Antifa doesn't care.

I have very little sympathy with anyone targeting restaurants and their employees just trying to hang on during a pandemic. Get an actual permit and have an actual demonstration in an actual designated demonstration apot.
