Because the cat has decided to start sneaking in and finding a spot to nap while I was getting ready for work. This is something new so I didn’t think I needed to check before I locked the French door. Of course now I know I need to start checking for cats! Ive had a house broken into in my life and it’s very traumatic losing family valuables that are irreplaceable. My DH doesn’t think the same way and leaves his valuables laying around. His attitude is no big deal I’ll just file an insurance claim. It was a total mishap on my part but he was acting like I did it on purpose and sent me a few expletive texts in the midsts of an extremely hectic work day. My office is just 10 mts away and I told him to come grab my key but he decided he’d rather just make me feel horrible instead. To top it off my boss came in and was hovering over me which had me even more stressed plus I had to stay a hr late. If my boss wasn’t there I would’ve stopped answering the phones and hightailed it home at our closing time.
Could you tell us three or four more times what kind of doors you have on your closet?
Because the doors have glass so the cat wasn’t in a dark closet frightened to death. I think I need to post this on wealthy people problems. com. Poor people just don’t get it not to mention the envy horns come out real fast.![]()

You must understand that this is a closet humblebrag post and needs to be moved to Home Improvement.
OP has hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of valuables in her Kardashian closet, people! She needs the deadbolt, cat be d@mned!
The husband is just another frivolous expenditure, since he doesn't work, right, OP? Do you spend more on his keep than the cat's? Does he get luxury raw food as well? Do you provide sufficient enrichment such as golf? Because otherwise he's going to end up just like the cat in that closet...
Haha he’s the one with the money sweetheart!

I’m so glad I’m poor.
It’s also fairly pointless unless OP has reinforced French doors with no glass in them.
+1,000 Why doesn't OP's lazy DH get it? I am sure anyone who breaks into their posh home will be stopped by a deadlock on a glass door. Just wow to this logic

She was already fed Sherlock and was 2 hrs late for her dinner. Locked in a huge LUXURY closet and like I said the worst thing that could’ve happened is she peed in there. Fyi my cats don’t drink much water because they’re also on a luxury raw food diet I provide which contains 50% water. Google it.
NP. I was with you until this post. No need for the attitude to PP. S/he was more concerned about your cat than you were.
This exactly. You sound like a peach.
+1
Why did it take so little to make you become nasty, OP? You sound strange.
