This. After 2 emails over a week, my DC would stay after class to ask. Most teachers allot some time after class to address questions and issues.

I’m a teacher ans always respond, but it’s frustrating when I am constantly asked the same questions that I’ve answers about grades. I post grades and instantly receive emails asking what they can do to raise their grade. I always respond but some teachers stop responding when the answers are always the same: complete the missing assignments, the retake will be...and that date is posted online.

Yes, fair . I will answer parents and students with actual questions. Sometimes parents email something and there’s no question. “I think you could ...” and I don’t respond because it doesn’t need one. Kids I do respond to unless it’s a kid who was in class and then emails something like “I got distracted what did I miss.” You’re going to need to use your fully accessible resources to answer that one yourself.

Seriously. It's just ridiculous when parents or students ask for copies of their tests so they can review what they got wrong. Of when they write to tell you they don't understand something and could you go over it in class. Annoying!
