This is most definitely not just makeup, people. She has gone overboard on fillers and surgery. And Kate Miss? Oh my word. NOT JUST MAKEUP. Major work and/or Botox around eyes. This is so sad.

I think there is a tendency for fillers to photograph poorly but look somewhat better and more natural in person....maybe happening here, agree makeup is not flattering.

Agree. Try biting your cheeks, it makes your lips turn downward at the edges like the first photo.

That puts it in context. It's a runway look. All the models seem to have the heavy contouring. For all we know she has something in her mouth to pull her cheeks in, or she's just sucking in her cheeks.
