+1 I think OP is the mom of the kid who got hurt and now she seems intent on really doing a prolonged punishment. That type of retaliatory behavior is a form of passive aggressive bullying and it is made worse because it is being performed by an adult against a kid.

This should be in the little kid forum. Little kids acting like little kids, and parents overly involved.

Well the aggressor is going to discover his games aren’t nearly as much fun played alone and will get to see the injured kid pampered. Those are good consequences in and of themselves. If he complains about not having a playmate he needs to be reminded he brought it all on himself. And absolutely watch for more aggressiveness.
