If accepted, we'd gladly enroll our kid. Don't listen to all the trolling here. DCUM will have you believe that if your kid is not at Sidwell or St. Albans, nothing is worth it. So maybe the rest of us should just stop educating altogether?

If course she would be. Nysmith is a school for the gifted whereas Flint Hill is not.
I’d love to hear the story of why you dislike a school so much. Did they make you sad? Was your dear child not admitted? Thrown out? Could you not afford it? Don’t like that it’s not in DC proper? Anti-Husky? What is it?
NP Everyone gets into Flint Hill, so that can't be the problem.
LOL! So delusional.
Two years ago, our DD applied to FH, Potomac, Langley, GDS, and SFS for 5th grade. We only got into Langley and GDS.
I guess the FH admissions team is trolling.
So, saying "everyone gets into Flint Hill" is literally not true.
We aren't even a FH family, we have loved Langley, but don't understand why the one or two on this board that don't like FH make it a life's mission to attack a school. And, our DD will likely apply to FH for 9th grade post-Langley (among other schools), FYI.

This person is a troll who posts almost the exact same comment, word for word, every time FH comes up on this board. Either they are a true troll and are just making stuff up, or they are former Huskies who, for whatever their own odd reasons are, feel the need to rehash something from “several years ago”. For certain your data reference point is old as the LS is growing and there were wait lists in several grades this year. Maybe it’s just time you moved on and let current parents off our perspective on the strengths and weaknesses of our CURRENT experiences.

That’s your fault, not the schools. Just because you have poor judgment, don’t blame the school.
