The unexplained infertility diagnosis was before OPs first child - where they required several rounds of IVF to conceive (and then subsequently had a 2nd child without IVF after 3 months of trying.).
I would get the lab work rolling and try for several months and then reassess. Low odds of IVF working at this age but agree stats are more aimed at primary infertility. (I did IVF and added some frozen donor eggs to the cycle for this reason. )
