Even if they do take some time off or cut back hours.
It is also VERY important for sons too. They don’t see woman as only homemakers. I see a pervasive attitude among men who had mothers that never worked and it’s not usually a good one.
My sons are very proud of what I do and used to have me come in on career day or the STEM days.
