This. Since when did upper middle class minorities in DC use DCPS after elementary school (other than wilson/magnet)? Seriously, maybe this was maybe a thing in the 1960s or something? We want what is best for our kids, not to use them as some weird expirement.

A. Who sent their kid to which school is not part of the argument here. Who lived in Takoma is the argument here.
