Pp here. I didn’t think a 10 year age gap would be a big deal, but it seems to have ruffled some feathers. If I want multiple kids without necessarily resorting to IVF, it seems to be a pretty obvious benefit to date in that range.

I'm married now, but I met my husband at age 31. At the time, my age range was 25-39, and I was starting to consider bumping that up to 40/41. I'm female.

52M, Havent dated yet getting divorced, guessing upper end is 52 down to 36

37F: 35-47

Female 48 - ideal is 45 to 55. I was in a brief relationship with a 28 year old from my fitness club but I really felt I was robbing the cradle. His energy level was amazing and no way could I keep up with him. I also had a two month relationship with a 62 year old who had great stamina but he was retired and flew south for the winter. I have a lot in common with guys my age and I really like that.

30 F, taken(he's 32), but if I wasn't I'd say 5-6 years each way.

Already in a relationship (34F me, 46M) but if I were dating I think my range would be 32-42. I've never dated younger, but that might be different in your 30's.
