I was soooo in love with her, in the days you couldn't just pop up a link to youtube and had to live with a VHS tape of her MTV videos. That was really good. Off to go down a rabbit hole of Tori now.

I know how much this community loathes the Phish from Vermont, so I won't bore you with the context, but you'll want to get to minute 2:00 for the full impact. So sad to watch but forever grateful they made it out the other side.

Keith Urban performs at a Bee Gee's Tribute "To Love Somebody"
Barry Gibb's got all the feels. Even Chrissy T is standing and applauding.

And is visibly enjoying the show. Thank you for posting it. Great song by a great performer. I miss GM.

I'm a huge Queen fan (first concert I ever saw) but I don't see anything moving in this. Seems like a typical rehearsal.

This performance was poignant bc it was performed in remembrance of Mercury at a time when George Michael had not yet come out yet. He was singing this song to his lover that was dying in the same way Mercury passed.

Quoting George Michael, “I just wanted to die inside. I was so overwhelmed by singing the songs of this man I had worshipped as a child, who had passed away in the same manner my first living partner was going to experience.”

DP. Wow. Didn't know that. I've loved this video ever since someone (you, PP?) posted it on the thread when George Michael died. I was always a casual fan of his, but I really appreciated the beauty of his voice after seeing it.

Please post the Broadway songs.

I love all these artists and felt the same. And the sound was terrible.

He's in great shape and, clearly, having fun with the guys playing. The joy and life in his voice and performance is why I'll always remember him this way. It was so authentic.

+1 I love the range of emotion and playfulness. It looks, at times, like he's hamming it up but it's not the audience he's looking at when he does it but the other guys with him. This is 'jamming' at it's best.

Kelly Clarkson piece by piece..sad now that she's split from her husband

Watch this if you need to check if you have a heart. Kelly Clarkson is 9 months pregnant here, performing on American Idol, which she won not long after being homeless. A 3 tissue performance when they cut to Jennifer Lopez and Keith Urban.
