Yeah I don’t think it’s that uncommon from mom groups I’m in. But can always count on DCUM to judge you without offering advice haha!

We were getting great nighttime sleep with baby in a PnP in our room but had to hold him for every nap. But once we transitioned him fully to the crib the drive to sleep at night is greater so he would sleep there for longer stretches. And now he knows it’s where he sleeps so he naps there with no problem. Having him sleep in two different places can be very confusing for them at this age.
